My 15 years old LG TV is working perfectly fine and this piece of Crap gone within 3 yrs of purchase. I have seen lot of complaints on internet for this issue and hundreds of people have to bear high cost of hardware repair. This is really illogical that SW issue damaged entire mother board this is making big hole in consumer pockets. This is ridiculous that entire mother board got faulty due to SW bug within 3 yrs of purchase. On 30th DEC 2019, SONY Technician visited my home to check the TV and he informed that TV mother Board is gone faulty because of SW bug and they are saying it will take 11000 rs to replace the mother board. Later on I logged a complaint57787073 with SONY. They performed basic troubleshooting and reset but TV was still showing black screen with SONY LOGO. I spoke to SONY customer care on 28th dec 2019. It was showing only SONY LOGO after power on.
